Brockworth Seconds 17-15 Old Cents Seconds
Old Cents put in great performance against Brockworth after their side had been pulled apart by First team cry offs and player cry off's.
In the end the second XV made the journey to Brockworth with only 13 players and they played against a full Xv from Brockworth.
To their credit the side only lost in the last few moments of the match
when Brockworth made the extra men count.

Old Cents Thirds 19-14 Drybrook Thirds.

Old Cents put in a committed performance against a strong Drybrook third xv.
Old Cents started the stronger of the two sides and built up a 19-0 half
time lead.Old Cents had scored three first half tries through Tim Preece,Dan Cross and Simon Dunn and two of the tries were converted by Bumper Humphries.

Sponsors and Vice Presidents day.

There will be a Club Sponsors and Vice Presidents day on Saturday 3rd October.

Along with the club and team photographs it is hoped that that the club will have its new shirts and shorts by this saturday so that we can have photos taken with the Sponsors handing over the new kit.

Also today will be a Vice Presidents day wherby the club are looking to attract some VP'S who are willing to pay for the rights to be a paid up Vice President of the club.

Team and club photo's

This year the team and club photo's will be taken on Saturday the 3rd of October.

Players are asked to be at the club for 12 o'clock prompt in order to have the photo's taken.

The Seconds are away to Cirencester RFC and the First XV are at home to Old Redcliffians RFC.At the moment the Thirds do not have a game but one is in the middle of being arranged.

If you want to be in a team photograph,be there on time.

The Old Boys Memorial Dinner is once again upon us and this year the Dinner is being held on Saturday 7th November.
The cost of the Dinner will be £23.50 as per last year and I am taking names and deposits from players as from now.
I urge players to reserve their places as soon as possible because with the increased number of players this year,their might be great demand for tickets.
